About Rachel
Rachel spent her early life visiting family in Raleigh and watching the Triangle grow. She moved to Cary in 2016, and was struck by Cary’s tremendous growth and its ability to maintain both a small town feel and a big-hearted inclusivity that embraces new citizens from around the world.
